To complete your registration and make a payment for the conference you must follow the steps below:

 Create your account on TBA bookmark.

  • Log in and book services on  Payment bookmark (top menu)
  • Finalise payment (registration fee)
  • After making a payment you will receive an invoice by an email.

CONFERENCE FEES

Regular fee: 800 EUR 999 EUR
IEEE, PTI, LIKTA & patron organisation members: 750 EUR 999 EUR
Student fee: 700 EUR 799 EUR
Accompanying person fee
(paper publication NOT included):

  • All registration fees (excluding the companion fee) include the publication of one paper.
  • Every paper has to have at least one full/student registration paid. 

 

The conference fee includes:

  1. Participation in the conference program
  2. Publication of a single paper (except for the accompanying person fee)
  3. Lunches
  4. Coffee breaks
  5. Social events on Sunday (August 23, 2026) & on Monday (August 24, 2026)
  6. Conference Banquet on Tuesday (August 25, 2025)

Additional fees:

  • Extra page: 175 EUR
    • Limit: 2 extra pages for regular full paper
    • Communication and position paper - up to 6 pages
    • Extra pages cannot be bought for regular short papers

There are no discounts for 2nd, 3rd,... authors of accepted papers.

 

Important information:

1. FedCSIS conference strictly adheres to the IEEE no-show policy. Papers not presented at the conference will not be included in the Conference Proceedings / Position Papers volumes.

2. All money transfer costs imposed by the bank of the payee must be covered by the participant (in case when the full payment is not received, supplemental payment will be requested and required).

Cancellation policy:

1. Cancellations of the registration received (in writing, to the secretariat@fedcsis.org email address & ) on, or before, July 19, 2026, are entitled to receive a 70-percent refund.

2. Cancellations received after July 19, 2026 are not entitled to a refund.
 
3. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original transaction. Credit will not be given for unattended events or early termination of attendance.
